Forest Hill

This Forest Hill project saw us breathe new life into a three bedroom home from the 1980s. The tasteful renovation was undertaken to improve the home’s market value and make the most of the home’s existing layout. We removed walls to open up the living and dining areas and restored the solid timber flooring to its former glory.

In the kitchen, we installed new cabinetry, Caesarstone benchtops and stainless steel appliances. In the living and dining area, we installed bi-fold doors that lead onto a brand new Merbau deck, which enlarged the living space and added more natural light to the house. We also replaced the carpet, bedroom wardrobes, bathroom and laundry tiling, and added quality fixtures including semi-frameless showers and a freestanding bathtub.
