Eco Friendly Luxury:
Kinglake

A masterpiece of sustainable living nestled in the heart of nature. This extraordinary home, meticulously crafted over a 12-month period, harmoniously blends luxury and eco-conscious design.

Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, and 2 spacious living areas, plus a studio, this 542m² sanctuary offers ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The materials used in construction were carefully selected for their durability and environmental friendliness, including a striking rammed earth wall, Austral bricks, and Caesarstone countertops.

Designed to be completely off-grid, Kinglake is equipped with energy-efficient features such as BAL 40 double-glazed windows, a solar array with batteries, and a 140,000-litre water tank. With wrap-around verandas providing shade and protection from the elements, this home is as resilient as it is beautiful.

Environmental considerations were paramount throughout the construction process, with BAL 40 requirements met using fire-rated non-combustible materials and a fire bunker installed at a safe distance. The incorporation of a rammed earth wall not only enhances the home’s thermal efficiency but also contributes to noise control and fireproofing.
