Common Challenges and How We Manage Them
Unexpected costs come about from material price changes, unforeseen site conditions, or any design modifications you make. We’ll know your budget buffer and we’ll be working on suitable alternatives if this happens. Material shortages and supply chain disruptions cause delays. We factor in lead times when scheduling and have alternative suppliers or can suggest suitable substitutes if this happens. We start the permit process early as this can take time. Occasionally, we’re required to provide additional documentation which can extend the processing timeframe.
